At Zombie Threads, we want you to love what you wear—even after the apocalypse. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right.

We offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Items that were printed or sent incorrectly

  • Products that arrive damaged or defective

Timeframe

Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

How to request a refund

Please email us at zombie.threads.tees@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Important notes

  • Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or normal wear and tear.
